Krav Maga Junior
We will be starting our NEW Krav Maga Junior programme starting next week on Mondays and Wednesdays at our New Lambton centre. This programme is specially designed for children aged 8 to 11 yrs. At Krav Maga junior we focus on much, much more than just self defence. We teach ANGER MANAGEMENT and NON VIOLENT CONFLICT RESOLUTION. We develop vital skills of CONCENTRATION, FOCUS and we build CONFIDENCE and SELF ESTEEM.

Women's Self Defense Course
A 6 week course designed for women will be starting next Tuesday the 27th October at our New Lambton centre. Classes are quite popular and spaces are limited so if interested phone Colleen on 0417 432 055.
