What: Home invasions are on the rise. This seminar will teach you how to defend yourself and your loved ones if you are ever unfortunate enough to have it happen to you.

Third Party Protection Workshop
When: Sunday, July 1st @ 5.30–9.00 p.m.
What: This workshop will teach you how to protect any third party - whether they are friends, loved ones or complete strangers. You will learn how to deal with situations when you are not the person being attacked and help to keep others safe.
For: ALL LEVELS WELCOME! For anyone and everyone! There is no need to feel helpless when you see someone being attacked, this workshop will show you how!
