Amnon Darsa Expert 5 Krav Maga has been training in Krav Maga for almost 30 years and features in the latest Krav Maga training video, Ultimate Krav Maga. Amnon has been with the IKMF since its formation in 1996 with founder Imi Lichtenfeld. Amnon was recently made Head of the Testing Committee for the IKMF.

In this special 4 hour seminar you will be introduced to Krav Maga defences against the most common threats and attacks used on our streets today.

From here you will build on the knowledge you gain and progress to discovering how you can defend your friends or loved ones against these types of attacks.

You will learn realistic ways to deal with aggressive threats and attacks and move your 3rd party to a safe place. You will build your confidence and pressure test your skills in a challenging environment as close to reality as we can get it.

Discover how you can:

* Defend someone else against common attacks including chokes, punches, knife attacks, bottle attacks and stick attacks.
* Take control of a situation and get your friend or loved one to safety.
* Feel safer and more confident under pressure.

In this training you will do many pressure drills based on scenario training.
